減肥日記 week two
減肥日記 week two
過中國新年當然免不了要吃一堆東西
果然越減越肥
公司那個奶昔中午吃
到三點就餓了
當下決定要買一堆蒟蒻
晚餐一顆米都不碰
然後每天要仰臥起坐伍十下
奶昔移到晚上吃
中午吃肉跟菜
